Job Description:

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications while working in a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Java-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, including frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
  • Proficient in object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
